Many clients specify content management systems, which is not a problem we have created our own modules to fit clients requirements in most CMS. The main ones being, Word Press, Drupal, Open Cart, Joomla, Magento to name just a few.
Converting PSD files to Drupal, Word Press or other CMS is something we are happy to do as well as full installs.

How we do it…
Our client packs contain detailed flow charts to show how we work. The information we include demonstrates that we are a professional organisation and that we care about you, our customer. We prepare for all eventualities, taking the pressure off you, and leaving the creation of your website in our capable hands. These details are provided to all clients upon request after an initial discussion of requirements.
What about support?
We offer support by phone and via our online ticket system. Allowing all of our team members access to your ticket means a quicker response for you!
And Training?
We can provide training either to your or your client in the content management system you choose. With technology as it is we can remotely access your screen in a safe environment and provide training for you.

Hosting
Some clients wish us to host their websites for them. This is not an issue to us, however if you have specific hosting requirements, please contact us to discuss these.
Your files
Whether we host your site or you use your own server, we back up your website files and keep a copy of the progress of your site during the build. This provides peace of mind in any eventuality by allowing us to have a back-up of your site. Of course, if you don’t want us to keep copies of your website files, just let us know and we won’t keep them.
Privacy Agreements
Non-Disclosure Agreements and contracts are something we are very familiar with. We have a number of clients that ask us to sign NDAs and contracts. This is not a problem to us – we want you to be comfortable with what we do and how we do it, rather than being concerned over your client’s data. All our team have signed our own NDA that covers everything we do.
Insurance
As you would expect, we are fully insured for all of the work we carry out. Copies of our insurance are available once you make an order and pay a deposit for the website. Of course, more details of our cover can be obtained via a discussion with Keith.
